  1.   This release, TRAINING TRACKER 1.2, incorporates slightly better
  2. printing commands and directions. The biggest change is the addition
  3. of an ability to log those Scouters who have completed FAST START for
  4. their various programs and to print labels addressed to those Scouters
  5. who have completed FAST START but not the basic leader training program
  6. and, thereby, better target your announcements  for the basic course.

  8. 1. Copy all of the files in this directory to one subdirectory of your hard 
  9. drive.
  10. 2. Run PRINTDOC.BAT to obtain a printed copy of the user's manual, 
  11. TRAINTRK.DOC.
  12. 3. Run INSTALL to define your system and organization for the program.
  13. 4. You're ready to run PACKTRAK. 
  14.
